The world suffers a lot. Not because of the violence of bad people, but because of the silence of good people.

Welcome to Alpa’s Voice

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a green blazer, black top, and jeans, sitting on a black wooden staircase with black wrought iron railings, inside a house.

Hi, I’m Alpa Patel-Nakrani.

I’m so glad you’re here. My journey from surviving child sexual abuse to finding my voice has fueled a deep passion for prevention, education, and advocacy for child sexual abuse. I created Bad Secrets—a children’s book designed to empower kids to speak up, set boundaries, and protect themselves from child sexual abuse. But my mission doesn’t stop there.

Alpa’s Voice is more than a platform—it’s a movement to break the silence, educate families, support child sexual abuse survivors, and fight for a world where every child is safe. Whether you’re a parent, educator, ally, or survivor, this space is for you. Together, we can raise awareness, share truth, and be the change children need.

My Mission

At Alpa’s Voice, my mission is to break the silence around child sexual abuse through education, empowerment, and empathy. I am committed to creating safe spaces for children and survivors by providing tools, stories, and resources that spark honest conversations, promote body safety, and inspire healing. Through my book Bad Secrets, the Brave Bracelet, and community outreach, I strive to protect children, uplift survivors, and build a world where every voice is heard, and every secret can be safely shared.
